Terms and Conditions topwdlogin — Applicable Rules

By accessing, registering, or using the platform topwdlogin in any form — including via desktop browser, mobile device, or official app — you are deemed to have read and agreed to all Terms and Conditions set out in this document.

If you do not agree to any or all of the terms below, you are advised not to use topwdlogin services. Continued use of the platform following an update to the terms and conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.

To use topwdlogin services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

At registration, you are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information. False or incomplete information may result in account termination and forfeiture of associated wins. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal request can be processed.

Each user is only permitted to have one active account on topwdlogin. Creating more than one account — whether using the same or a different identity — is a serious violation that may result in:

• Immediate freezing of all associated accounts without prior notice.
• Cancellation of all pending balances, bonuses, and wins.
• Permanent ban from the platform.

You are fully responsible for the security of your password and login credentials. topwdlogin will never ask for your account password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Contact customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

It is not permitted to lend, sell, transfer, or assign your account to any other party in any form. A topwdlogin account is personal and non-transferable.

All deposits must be made using a verified payment method registered under your own account name. topwdlogin does not accept deposits from third-party sources or unverified methods. Available deposit methods include local bank transfer, GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, QRIS, and Virtual Account from various banks.

• Minimum deposit: IDR 10,000 (or as specified by the selected payment method).
• There is no maximum daily deposit limit for verified members.
• Deposited funds will be credited to your account balance once payment confirmation is received — typically within minutes.
• Topwdlogin is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers.

All deposit transactions are recorded and can be viewed through the transaction history in your account dashboard. If funds are not credited within 30 minutes, contact customer support with your proof of transfer.

Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the topwdlogin account. This is part of our security measures to prevent misuse of funds.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50,000.
• Withdrawals are processed in an average of under 15 minutes for verified members.
• Daily withdrawal limits depend on your VIP account level — from IDR 5 million (Bronze) to unlimited (Diamond).
• All withdrawals are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) verification in accordance with industry-standard procedures.

KYC must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed. Required documents include proof of identity (national ID or passport) and proof of ownership of the destination account. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals do not require repeating the KYC process unless account information changes.

All bonuses and promotions offered by topwdlogin are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each offer, which are clearly displayed before a claim is made. General terms applicable to all promotions:

• Bonuses must be activated before making a deposit, unless otherwise stated.
• Rollover is calculated based on the total (Deposit + Bonus) unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

Any attempt to exploit technical loopholes or manipulate the promotion system — including opening new accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — is considered abuse and will be acted upon in accordance with Section 8.

All games available on topwdlogin use an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair and random outcomes. No party — including the operator — can influence or manipulate game results.

• Game results confirmed by the system are final and cannot be disputed.
• Bets that have been placed cannot be cancelled once a round has started.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, affected bets will be handled in accordance with the applicable technical disruption policy — typically with a full bet refund.
• Some games may have their own minimum and maximum bet limits, as stated on each game's page.

Technical decisions made by the topwdlogin team regarding game disputes are final; however, players always have the right to appeal via customer support with relevant timestamps and supporting evidence.

The following activities are explicitly prohibited on the topwdlogin platform and may result in disciplinary action up to and including permanent account closure:

• Collusion: Collaborating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage at the same table.
• Automated Software Usage: Using bots, scripts, cheating software, or any automated tools to play or accumulate points.

• Identity Fraud: Registering or playing using another person's identity, or providing false information.

Voluntary Closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method once verification is complete.

Closure by topwdlogin: topwdlogin reserves the right to close or freeze any account at any time if a violation of these Terms and Conditions is found, without prior notice in cases of serious violations.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a temporary or permanent break from playing may submit a self-exclusion request via the Responsible Gaming. This request will be processed within 24 hours and applies across all topwdlogin platforms.

Topwdlogin is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all its users. The collection, use, and storage of personal data are governed by Privacy Policy which forms an inseparable part of this document.

In summary, topwdlogin:

Topwdlogin provides its services "as is" and does not guarantee that the service will operate without interruption or error at all times. That said, we are committed to maintaining platform uptime and providing fair compensation if technical disruptions affect a player's active bets.

Topwdlogin is not liable for:

• Losses caused by an unstable internet connection on the user's end.
• Losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from the user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, or speculative losses claimed in connection with use of the platform.

Topwdlogin's maximum liability to any player shall not exceed the total available balance in the player's account at the time the claim is submitted.

Topwdlogin reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or registered email at least 7 days before taking effect — except in situations requiring immediate action for platform security.

The date of the last update is always displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.

If you disagree with any changes made, you have the right to close your account before the effective date and withdraw your remaining balance.
